I decided to contact the company....they got right back to me and are replacing the camera. I'm impressed with their customer service.When it works it takes great videos. But, for some reason the batteries do not set in the camera right. It is iffy on how long the batteries will last. I just changed them and it says low battery. I use rechargable batteries and they charge at different rates....one set will charge within a half hour......the last to charge takes over a day.

Day camera shoots color, night camera shoots B&W. Day camera is great. Night camera is good. Night LED lighting is good to about 15' Plenty of camera and motion setting to customize to your needs. Battery life is good.Price was decent to find out what was roaming my deck at night. Very satisfied with this purchase.
