It was super easy to set up. I simply took everything out of the box, placed it on a table, and followed the instructions. The picture quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

The remote didn't work, I contacted customer support and they are sending a new one. Customer support was fantastic. No problems or dumb questions, just gave them my info and a new one is on the way. AS FOR THE SYSTEM... I had everything up and running (including camera installation) in 20 mins. Great coverage, great picture quality! The feature I like is that the monitor comes with a plug-in mouse that lets you control everything in case you lose the remote.I don't understand why this setup would get any negative reviews oh, I've had several systems and this one by far has more options than any other system I've used. If you know how to operate a screwdriver oh, you will have no problems installing the cameras. For the money, you get a lot for your dollar. My advice would be to ignore the negative reviews, if you have a problem by chance oh, you can just call them up and they will rectify it in no time. I promise you'll love this system oh, just go for it you'll thank me later.

For the money this is a great product. When you receive it you can easily set up several camera's easily but remember you will need to make some configuration changes depending on your situation. Spend some time with the software and go though the online documentation otherwise you may feel lost. The distance the wireless supports is good. I'm pushing the wireless limits with a distance of just over 200 ft and am impressed.Support was responsive within a few hours of sending them an email and offered to assist if I needed it.

I bought this with great expectations, but was very disappointed. The screen is too small to set up. I can't see it by moving it to a bigger monitor.

My night vision is not as good as I wanted but still good.I haven't had to use tech support yet so I can't rate it.
