Good. Install was good went on dashboard. Connecting my phone to unit was good not hard. Using the gps was easy and operating controls were good. Volume is good and touch screen worked prefect. Had for a month and no issues so far and it’s witless so I’m surprised by that.

I got this because my car doesn;t have carplay, and I really wanted it because I am int he car A lot. I really like it because it just works and it does it well. everything does what it should do.I only wish that I could put video apps on it to use the screen while I am stopped somewhere, but thats a car play limitation and no fault of this device.Install is easy, has the bracket and wiring and everything and it was super easy to setup and install.

My Chevy vehicle did not come with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The Things I Like:1.) Wide screen. Better visibility. The colors are good.2.) CarPlay. I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max so this is what I am using this device for.3.) Touchscreen. I found the touchscreen to be very responsive. I had no issues with using it so far.4.) Connection. I like how my phone connects to CarPlay each time I start my vehicle.5.) It comes with one additional mounting pad. What I Don't Like:1.) Setup. During setup the instructions tell you to pair your phone first. I had to try multiple times and I do mean multiple times to pair my iPhone using Bluetooth. The problem in my opinion is that Apple sends a pairing code that must match on this device. This device never shows the pairing code. I wish I could tell you how I managed to get my iPhone paired but I don't know. What I can tell you is that in addition to multiple tries, I also kept going into the settings of my phone trying this and trying that and eventually I did finally manage to get it paired with the device.2.) Settings. This device doesn't have a settings option like we have on our phones and other devices.3.) Vehicle speaker connection. Tune to an FM station in your vehicle that is not broadcasting and tune to that same frequency on the device to hear over your vehicle's speakers.I'll touch more on that now. My experience using it was better than I was expecting but it wasn't great. You'll still hear the static noise in the background but in my case it didn't really overpower the audio I was listening to. So the way I am using it now is just allowing my phone to remain connected to my vehicle through bluetooth. The experience I find to be the same just without the static you hear using the FM tuner. Also depending on your vehicle's screen, you'll see the same music information...artist, song title, etc...just maybe two different photos or cover art as each screen will show something different. So outside of my very frustrating experience during the initial setup trying to get this and my iPhone paired, my experience is good using it.I can recommend this but I just want you iPhone users out there to know that you are in for a challenging time getting it setup.Android users should have a much easier time.I hope this helps.

Since I'm not very keen in modifying car stereo to bring it up to date, I had gotten a similar unit I've been using for awhile, but this is my favorite one by far. First of all, the unit looks and feels premium right out of the box. This is a high-quality unit in my opinion, and the screen is made of seemingly glass running from edge to edge. I really love the low profile and rectangular design which gives it a modern look and doesn't seem to obstruct the view that much. The unit itself is very responsive to touch, and the screen transition is smooth. It's amply bright and clear during the day, and the cool thing about it is that it would automatically switch to night mode with dark background when the sun set. The fact that my old car does not have AUX input, which forces me to rely on FM transmission for music streaming and voice control. I am very pleased of how this function performs flawlessly. There's virtually no background noise to dampen my music enjoyment, which I was afraid since I've seen other units fail miserably in this aspect. The only annoying part about using FM transmission is that I get static noise broadcasting at the start of car since the unit has not established the connection with the phone. This is understandable, but perhaps, a faster bootup time could lessen this annoyance. To solve this issue, I normally would turn off my car stereo system before shutting off the engine to prevent this. Also, this unit does not come with a windshield suction cup mount, and the base is screwed into the back of the display panel. As a result, it's not very portable and convenient to readily transfer it to another vehicle to be used. However, since I don't intend to do this anyway so it's not a problem for me. Overall, this unit not only looks beautiful but performs well as expected. It has made my daily drive less boring.

First of all, this GPS is pictured as a full screen device. It’s not. (See pic) You get huge chunks removed to hugely display the time and other functions while you’re trying to see clearly on a tiny usable screen space.Once mounted, you cannot rotate the screen left and right so your visibility as a driver is already hindered. The interface is a bit laggy. That would normally be a nitpick, but at this price price point, I’m disappointed with it. (Note that this did cost more at the time I got it)We’ve tested it with both Android and IOS. The functions work better on Android than IOS, just so you know. The GPS (Apple Music, etc) functions can work. You just have to fight them to get there…That’s basically it. For the price point, we were expecting a lot more and cannot recommend this GPS.

If you try to set this up using a phone charger or some other power supply you might encounter a problem with not seeing the bluetooth signal. The included adapter will fix that once you put the thing in the car. This is a really nice setup. The screen is much bigger than a phone but a decent chunk is dedicated to music or phone. The map only displays on about 80% of the screen with android auto. Perhaps that's a setting but I couldn't find it. That's OK though because there's still plenty of screen showing the map.Comparing this to a head unit is tough. It's far too expensive to justify unless you are leasing a car or something and don't want to change out a stereo.I'm using it in a classic that doesn't even have a stereo. I don't want to make any permanent changes so being able to stick this to the dash is great. My old car has a lighter socket so I'm set.

Overall impression: One of the coolest tech to arrive on screen in 2022. The all in one portable large 10' screen that give our dated car a new life. Honestly my Lexus IS 2018 isnt that old but one feature is CarPlay let alone WIRELESS CarPlay. Even the newer 2021 RX doesn't even have wireless feature but I digress.Setting up was a breeze. All I had to do was connect Bluetooth to the device and it immediately recognized and ask if I wanted to enable CarPlay. After few seconds I could see my phone apps on the device. The screen is very large, bright, and clear texts/icons. Everything is readable while driving. I mean the 10' screen allows you to have almost 1' large icon tile, if you cant see that then you need better glasses. Navigation was loud from the device or you could sync to your car audio. Definitely recommend to those who want CarPlay or Android Auto on your car.
