I've been putting this off for a while now, but finally had some time to review this product.Been wanting a security camera system for a while now. We were given an Campark - Focus on Cameras Giftcard for Christmas, so decided to use hat towards a system. I knew that I wanted atleast 1080p, needed 4 channel, and POE. Don't like the wireless systems. Found this sytem, and had decent reviews, so I took the blunge.From what I remembered, the package came on time. Everything was packaged very well. The box was nicely bubble wrapped with no chance of damage.Bought exterior electrical boxes and conduits to hide all of the wiring. Drilled a bunch of holes in my brick walls and voila. The cables were nice and long, but had to extend 1 cable, no big deal.Setting up the box was simple. The manual was decent, but wished they explained every menu feature.Everything worked fine, set the cameras to use motion detection to record. It is so sensitive, even at the lowest setting. But, the cameras would stop recording every couple of weeks. Tried a reset, tried to update the box, but the receordings would stop for some random camera. We communicated via Skype video, she guided me and we ran some tests. It was determined that the cameras needed a firmware upgrade. She emailed me the firmware with instructions and it updated easily.Been running smooth for the past few weeks.So I give this product 5 stars because of the specs, nice quality materials, ease of setup/install, decent android and ios software and above all, customer service.

I installed this a few months ago and WoW !Who knew good clear surveillance was so affordable. Super clear , good night vision and a great deterrent . Recording and play back works amazing and the app allows remote viewing from anywhere anytime . I’m going to say one the best smartest purchases I’ve ever made
