The system itself is very good, but what I really like is the tech support/customer service. I had some difficulty setting up the system only because the TV that I was using as a monitor was old and it turned out was not compatible (definitely not the company's fault!). They helped me trouble shoot that. Then, about 18 months in (after the warranty) I had an issue where the system disconnected and I couldn't get the camera's to sync up again. They stepped me through that and it worked!Finally, the NVR failed to power up at about the 2 year point. I emailed the company and they gave me a few things to try. They told me that if that didn't work, to contact them back and even though it was out of warranty, they could send me a part to fix it free. I'm going to do that now, and I'll update the review if they don't follow through but I fully expect them to!That kind of service is rare indeed!

After having my clothes washer stolen from my car garage, it was time to do something about it. Initially started with wireless cameras and found they're not very stable. Then, waned to go with POE and found this 5MP Campark CAMERAS SYSTEM. While there are other brands out there to choose from, I decided on these because you're getting 4 5MP Cameras and a 4K 8Channel NVR. For the price you can't beat it. Customer service is great.

Every thing came in box for easy installation . Great quality of video , Would been nice to have online video for installation and operating . But directions and youtube where helpful . For price and quality can not go wrong ,

I have purchased the system for a year now and it's been a good product it's been holding them in all kinds of weather what we've been having appear in the North I would get one I would recommend it for the price
