It does work as an IP camera, but the quality is bad. A dedicated spare smartphone is required to run the app constantly, and connect to a monitor via MHL.would be amazing if 1 - the quality was much better, 2 - the camera wifi offered a web interface and 3 - connect to a wifi rather than be the hotspot.I bought it to get a good close-up on the birds outside my window & stream the video onto a big screen

Purchased to take pictures of the various wild life moving through my backyard. The photo quality is really great! The ease of being able to quickly check the camera via the app and WiFi is really nice. Helps determine whether or not it has been placed into a good spot without having to retrieve the SD card. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!

Battery depletes quicker if you have it set to record longer videos every time it detects motion, so I keep it set to take multiple photos instead. Battery lasts very well that way. Good crisp photos. Very happy with purchase.

It's a Christmas present for goodness sakes!! I haven't wrapped it, he hasn't opened it and why do companies ask for reviews as soon as the product is sent? Way too soon!! Give us time to open and evaluate...especially during the holidays. Who wants to write a review when you can be eating and drinking with family and friends? Merry Christmas....

I already own two of the T85 cameras and I was curious to see how much of an upgrade the T100 was. I was immediately impressed with the first images and video it took. So clear I felt like I was viewing the wildlife in real time! The video is just insanely impressive and clear, especially compared to the other big brand name trail cams I own. I can??t wait to purchase another soon.
