Believe the negative reviews about customer service! I dismissed them from a statistical point of view---there were so many positives. Camera arrived, set it up and made a test video. Audio was almost non-existent. Contacted customer service to see if there was a gain setting in the software I missed. I was told that they were being honest with me and said the audio really wasn't any good anyhow. I explained that the audio was a selling point for me and this audio really had a problem. Customer service then said the audio outdoors was not good but indoors it was good. Indoors? For a trail camera? Anyhow, I took the camera indoors and spoke into the microphone at arms length. Almost non-existent sound. I notified customer service that although the audio may not be good on their cameras, this camera has an audio problem---above and beyond the initial poor quality. When I told them the same day I mailed the camera back to them and that I wanted a refund, they said they have already sent a replacement camera, prior to receiving my return, but they don't have a tracking number yet??? I informed them I will return to sender and would like a refund. I don't think these people give a rats butt about customer service. Get it out, collect the money and then give a hard time to dis-satisfied customers. I guess I've been lucky in the past. I've never really had to deal with people like this over something I purchased. I give it 3 stars because compared to what's out there for the price, it's not a bad little camera. If only customer service wasn't so... ... difficult, I would have rated higher

I have a large backyard with woods and needed a camera to see what is in the property. This camera worked perfectly for my needs. Very easy to set up and use WiFi and good quality pictures. I would recommend.

Recently got this camera to take time-lapse photos of plants, haven't extensively used it yet though. I have another campark trail camera which works well too (I have captured foxes etc on camera at night). I haven??t had issues with their trail cameras (I have had some technical issues with their underwater cameras). Full disclosure: I got this camera free for a review.

This little guy is well worth the $100 price tag. I bought it based on the wifi and it did deliver quality night video and photos (what I??m looking for). My house is pitch black at night and this little camera delivered. Daytime photos were absolutely crystal clear. The App needs a bit of work - a little clunky, but at this price point I am extremely happy. It??s durable! My contractor drove over it and even still I was able to get the info off and then pull the sd card out. I??ll be getting another one. Really hope they can make an option to download all photos directly to your phone though (you have to select 12 at a time *on the same view screen*, download them locally to the device and then download them to your phone). With me getting 900 photos this was a bit difficult as I would like to scroll through and select them and then download them once. But, I didn??t need all 900 photos either so maybe it??s a happy medium .

So let me start by saying this is my first camera so I won??t get all techie about this review. I love the app it makes it easy to use! I love the camera and photos. I have been moving the camera around getting different photos. My techie son ( a software developer) had to help me with understanding formatting memory cards (my first card too). He likes the camera so much he purchased one for himself.

Quick trigger speed, no blurring ! Really good camera ! Very impressed with what I have seen so far in this camera ! I would defiantly recommend this camera to my hunter friends out there !

I had purchased a first generation trail camera about a year ago. This new Campark camera has better resolution and some features that improve its performance. It is good to see that they use an SD card rather than the micro-SD card. Even though I usually use the data cable to download images, the full size SD card is easier to handle. They have also used a mini-USB instead of the micro-USB on my 1st gen camera. Again, easier to align and insert. The side facing sensors help to catch wildlife that may be moving quickly past the camera. All in all a good value with useful new features.

This camera has been great. The camera picks up everything and the trigger speed is great. I have several Campark cameras and they really are the best bang for your buck. The customer service is top notch and the cameras work as well or better as my 'name brand' cameras. I would recommend these to to anyone that needs an easy to set up, easy to use trail camera..

Got this to catch wildlife around the house, and while I just have it set up temporarily to test it out, I am so pleased. The daylight photos are really crisp. Night photos are a bit grainy, but good. And I'm still trying out different settings. As other reviews say, bluetooth and wifi are weak, but they're only intended for use right at the camera and stronger signals would eat up battery life. So far after five days and over 700 photos, the batteries report 100% still. Wish I had this when a bear came into the house. It wouldn't have stopped him, but oh what great documentation I would have had!
